Since you wont be climbing anything steeper than a Bass pro parking lot speed bump, save money and get the RZR 570.

If you plan on moving your feet, taking a dog along, bringing rifles, camping gear or just would rather come off as a mature adult, get the Polaris Ranger or better the Textron that I have. Having tried the Turbo 1000 the trade off for more power and suspension is not worth the lack of utility and comfort.
You can only go so fast on real trails.
You got too much barbed wire out there to be flying across that hell hole

Mikey;

Speaking of dust storms . . . isn't this close to your area of the state

"The National Weather Service has issued a dust storm warning after a WALL of blowing dust was reported in Fallon.

According to officials, the warning affects the Western Nevada Basin and Range, including Pyramid Lake, Fallon and Lovelock until midnight."

Maybe it was just you & the Textron "raising Cain"

Enjoy the 4th ! :icon_cool:

feral hogs and armadillos I hear too

speeding down trail and scaring a 'dillo (I hear they jump 2-3 feet straight up when spooked)

I suspect getting hit in the face with a 20 pound armored possum be worse than getting hit by a jumping carp

don't reckon running into a 250+ pound hog would good for bike or beast either :eekk:

Took my daughter & friend up to Oklahoma for a campout.

Next day, we went to ride horses in the woods.

Four girls and guide were on horseback making a circle path back around to the starting area.

Another dad & I heard some large animals busting thru the bush, in our direction.

Of course we had no weapons handy.

Two feral hogs tore thru limbs about 15 ft to our left.

About as close as I want to see one.
