A few years ago I sent a similar meter, that can be used in-line under pressure to Lee Stockwell, He brought it with him to an event and also compared TM's. All I heard was nonsense about the meter, with the ones who’s TM did not perform well. All meters have +- factors, so no you can’t say that the number is the gospel. But when your comparing this TM with that TM under the same conditions; you can say that this one performs this much better, or this one doesn’t perform as well as that one, and the difference is about, say 10%.
