Lg heater question

After using my ne machine today.... it was a lot hotter than my old one.

I have had my jets cleaned out and I delime it. Does this thing need taken apart and delimed? Someone once told me to take it apart and soak something. But I'm dumb I didn't know what they were talking about

My fresh water today was over 100 before it hit the heater.

Hot is no prob in these temps.

Heaters should not have to be taken apart.

just be sure whatever you use to descale it doesn't corrode the copper

check the regulator if there is a difference

Are you using any type of water softener? A softener can help reduce any build up in the heater and the plumbing. I've gone 8 years with my Genesis without any descaling. (or de-liming, as you call it)

A couple things to consider:

The LG works by raising the water temp a certain amount. If your incoming water happens to be warmer on that day, your water at the wand will be that much warmer too.

Also, the LG is sensitive to flow. If you are using a wand on your new machine that has different (smaller) jetting, your water will be hotter as well.

Its fixed. I needed a new pressure regulator. For. Some reason a gewy liquid poored out of it
