how easy does the powder mix?
and does it bubble up/release when mixed hot?

oxy-powders tht bubble/release in hot water can be a pita with diaphragm pump sprayers due to pump cavitation

the liquid is 4 to 1 so the powder best be best.

spray plain hot water on the floor, let dwell ten minutes, you may find it might work just as good. Oh! go ahead and scrub the floor with water like you do with the tile cleaner.
