i told them to replace the carpet, it stunk and was trashed..they said they couldnt afford it yet (just bought the house) but were going to do new floors in a few months..

i went in at .75 a sqft for the carpet and 1.00 for tile in hopes of not getting it..well we got it.ugh!!

did it today..actually turned out pretty sweet..used powermax boosted with citrusolv and scrubbed with cimex..

i will post pics in a few mins..got to get them off the iphone..

dont like when we get the ones we dont want to do but love it when the job is over..cha-ching!!

2.5hrs and 990.00 emptied t6he vac bag 10 times at least..it was crazy

well, if its above and beyond work to get above and beyond results, charge for it. It was still a lot cheaper for them than replacing now.
