That explains a lot...
That explains a lot...
Maybe, but not when you are booked 2-3 weeks out and can't get to that choosey mother. And her budget can't support paying $250 for 2 rooms and a hall.A passionate owner operator with minty fresh breath and excellent conversationalist skills will be the first choice of choosey mothers.

Lots of goobers out there with a few bucks and no cleaning skills.May be
But I’ll still get by
Bissell has you all beat.....
Who the heck needs a $80,000 truckmount. Just buy a Bissell and you're good to go. Who Knew?
I met a guy here doing the same thing. He was doing apartment hallways. He was dirt cheap but so were his expenses. Why even buy it, just rent it from the grocery store when you get a job lined up.
I interviewed an owner/operator once who claimed that was how he worked.
I guess it’s all about what you bring home
NO PIGSNOT....it's all about the quality of life you choose to live...
Some choose to squander what they bring home.....some choose not....
It’s a pleasure BobThe hand grenade I threw at CJ was simply a way of introducing my self...to someone that I believe can bring some insight to our board....
The problem with your analogy Randy is that the owner operator does not need to recruit employees, he works by himself. With the workers available today I wouldn't worry too much about any big company.
In fact that is the number one problem with most businesses today...............employees (quoted from above)
SO TrUE ! The problem is the larger operator can offer benefits and a retirement plan that most owner operators DON'T even have for themselves. They will win the recruiting war every time, guaranteed.
In a nut shell sweetheartYou not be cheap?![]()
