Yes, we have two.
love them for really trashed carpet. Slower than a 175week scrub and since but much more effective, although a bit slower.
some people have streaking issues, most don't judging from my questioning of owners.
I am currently testing a prototype head that has 25% more suck and squirt, not sure if it will eliminate the streaking Im seeing on certain thicker carpet types but it should speed things up.

I have not used a HOSE yet so no comment.

How do you handle the swirl? Rake or just go over it with dry stoke wand?

How much water do you use on trashed 800 sq ft?

Our black grooming rake gets the swirls oiut fine


No idea on water usage but I guess 20% more than a 10 flow wand
