All Truckmount expectators were amazed with the flame throwing Genesis59, 280 at the wand with a six jet wand size 2 each.Cleaners could not get enough of the Genesis59.
The Genesis smoked the competition.
It took the Titan & CDS of Hyramaster to try to compete with the Genesis59, unfortunatly it falled very short.
The Prochem Everest 650HP threw the towel before starting.
Some competitors were green of envy.

How many Hydramaster truckmounts does it take to clean a room?
At least 2.

Why is the Powerclean technician so busy?
He is reparing Hydramaster truckmounts.

The Genesis59 showed that it is by far the best truckmount.

damn Frank, don't be a dick, there is room for everyone.
Would have been good to see the Liberty and Diesel units form PowerClean.

I want to thank Dan at CCE for bringing the HM demo truck, and Prochem Tim for bringing the 650, as well as MasterBlend and the independent cleaners who so graciously gave of their time, it really was a good TM demo and show if you asked me.

Is there any logical reason why you made us read that crap again?

Actually no. There was supposed to be a comment which I am sure in some way you could appreciate.

LMAO, there is a hell of alot more to a GOOD truckmount then maintaining 280 degrees. Heck I can get that out of a pimped out Bane unit. Not really that impressive if thats your only goal.

Exactly how many gallons of water was that dump tank able to hold this time before it shut down?

How many days of 6-8 hours continuous running with out over heating and shutting down?

Lets talk in 2 years about that machine, I have seen a few that didnt make it that far.

Good points Scott,

Notice how only the guy who sell's them is talking about it ? By far the Master Blend El Diablo and the Judson was the most looked over TM

Not only did it maintained 280 degrees, it also dried carpet within a few minutes not hours.
All attendents viewing truckmounts saw it, at the end it was the most viewed TM.
Units like this have runned 12-14 hours straight without any problems, and with good maintenance can last 15 years plus.

Who was the idiot that had the heat up to 310? The hose was starting to bubble. Could have hurt someone.

Welcome to MB Frank.
This ain't ICS, if you throw down the gauntlet and talk smack, expect your challenge to be met.
Along with the freedom to run your mouth and discuss your products unencumbered here, all Mfgs. and Dist. will be held accountable for comments and actions.

So...instead of downing HM and PC, let's hear about the positives of your demo machine, how many hours on it?, what was the rpm of the engine? what lift was the 59 blower set at? was it in single wand or dual wand (rpm again)?
Obviously it gets hot with a 12 flow wand, what pressure was it set at? Obviously you had the machine jacked up a bit on heat, why doesn't PowerClean set all Geni59 machines that way? What is the default maximum heat setting from the factory?

What kind of heat would your current demo machine hold with 2 high flow wands (08+ flow each) at say...500 psi for 2 mins. straight 100% duty cycle? (report back please).

This board is here to help everyone, please have fun with it and give us some numbers and such.

280 degrees at the wand and your insurance co will be busy paying out all the claims from the flooring and material you be damaging. not to mention if a child touches that solution line and toast his or her hand. not really something to brag about really. if you would have stated that it holds 220 atw all day no overheating issues at all, that would have been a better line to push than look at my Expensive TM overheat at 310 degree. jmho :|

I did not talk smack, just the facts and you know it.
The Genesis was at 650psi, 2900 rpm. with dual wands with 8 flow each and 650psi it keeps 260 at the wand

how much gas does it guzzle at 2900rpm?

have they got the waste tank probs fixed?
and if you say there was never a problem with it sucking water thru the blower LONG before the waste tank was near capacity, I'll tell you straight to face you're either ignorant of the machine or a flat out liar

have they changed the POS diverter valve ?

MR.TM, if you want to feel the love (as in having anyone respect you enough to do business with you) I would strongly recommend that you follow the Green Ones advice.

Then again, you may have heard that we are or can be a tough crowd. We are but only to those that deserve it. Now step away from the ego and carry on a couple of notches lower because somehow I think as a supplier you probably don't want to be a one week wonder on this board.

That's INCORRECT! I kept going over the carpet and checked with my hands and you can not say minutes!!

I was talking to Ron Werner extensively about how some of the guys had a pretty bad wand technique and how wet the carpets were.
Your unit did not dried the carpet in minutes. It was getting dark when I was leaving and the carpet was still damp.....

Zee

By the way I did like that unit... I just don't like the overzealous statements.

Mr. TM. Why not address the criticisms that others have mentioned so far about the unit in this thread?
