I did a while ago maybe 2007 ish when we started. Kinda felt like it was like sfs, gave me a foundation or outline to work off but didnt like everything.

The book is almost 10 years old but i guess it has made a comeback in some cc circles and even created a new forum.

Pretty good book overall.

Just don't become too caught up with the marketing jargon. EVERY pro uses catch phrases or made up words to spin what is basic information.

Think you will find some of the exercises useful. The key for us is to take what makes our businesses unique and somehow tell that story.
The hard part is matching that up with what consumers find important also.

What me or you think is important and what a homeowner finds important is not always same.
