Thanks, we have some CTI products here. I'll see if I can bring some in. I have never used it but sounds like a versatile product.

The last time I worked for my bad one, he said "I was also wondering if we could do the deodorizer this time" I said "Bruce you are way past anything I can do with your carpet"..

That stuff sucks, you'll never rinse it all out. I tossed 2 cases this winter that we had left over from when we switched to UTurn a few years back.
Never had a problem.. What flow is your wand? I don't use it anymore, I'm using Pet Stain Off, I loved the smell of Rug restore though..

It sounds like OSR is similar to Bridgepoint's Pet Zone. Dilution is about the same and it foams a lot as well. I normally use it in a watering can. Are you guys spraying it?

Raddon "flyerman" had a decent idea of applying out of a bucket. I think he posted a video of it....a while back.

The only thing with applying the OSR type treatments (and I do them sometimes too) is being careful so you don't flood through a ceiling or something below!

Only had it happen once...and I was being careful...but the subfloor had enough open slats between tongue and groove flooring...

got lucky...but whoa...talk about pucker up time!

We still do OSR sold by the gallon. We don't see too many homes that are anywhere near the condition of the photos above, and with a great UV light we can find the exact spots needing treatment.

I was out myself yesterday and sold 20 gallons used over 4 areas in a very upscale home, walked away with over $900 in about 4 hours time. It works for us, if it's that trashed we would recommend replacement in a heartbeat (because we can sell them that too!) and if its not too bad or client won't pay for full removal/restoration, we use lower priced topical enzymes and deodorizers to put a band-aid on it for them.

Would you mind humoring me and going back in a week with a moisture meter?

20 gallons:eekk:

For pet nasty jobs, they need new flooring. I'm capable of putting a temporary fix, or cleaning genuine accidents (Not the piss where I please floors) I don't care what other guys sell or charge, I do what I would want done for me. Tell the honest truth.

Heck, I flooded a basement once. !! vacant rental. One room. then used a ton of USR to remediate the tie dye looking yellow stains.
And,, (true story) filled a crystal chandelier in a room below!!!!
It was a druggy's house. Happened to be the spawn of an owner I worked for elsewhere. They were on his payroll, and in a home provided.

When I see guys bragging on making $1-$4 a foot offering pet urine treatment, removal services I just erks the F out of me these days..

The whole lifting of the carpet and verbiage needed to convince them that this is the way to go is something I refuse to, or let my guys do.

We're a lay it down thick, RE and wait for the animal to die type moral company.

But that's just me.

If you dont advertise this service, they won't call you..View attachment 71624 View attachment 71625 View attachment 71626

Saw these on FB last night...:dejection:
