Just had a Water hog fail on us. We run Hydrmaster CDS trucks and have allways had to rely on auxilary high pressure water for our T&G jobs. Any ideas on a good replacement?

How old is the Water Hog? Did the pump fail or was it the motor or the unloader? Two years ago or so we went with the General triplex pump in Water Hog? Which one do you have? Isn't it rebuildable? You should get a lot of life out of either model.

Why is your pump not up for T&G cleaning on that Hydra?
Seems like any TM should have a pump capable of this...

What pump does it have?

The waterhog model we have is the older style that is on wheels in a rotomoulded housing. Not sure on the model.

The hydramaster CDS systems we have are only capable of about 600 PSI max

If the motor doesnt turn on it could be a reset button on the back of the motor or the on and off switch. If the motor turn on but doesn't develop pressure it's the unloader of the pump needs to be rebuilt.
