For grandparents home. The last two cleaners did a bad job. Grandparents had all furniture moved completely out of rooms and pre vacummed. Cleaners were in inout in 30. Carpet is already clean. I'm trying to talk them into cleaning tile and grout and sealing.

Requirements

Gasoline truckmount 45 or higher blower
Pre scrub
Able to do tile
And of course a mikeysboard discount

Pm me thanks

Try Jack's Carpet Cleaning in St. Augustine. They traveled as far as Daytona several years ago. They may still cover that area. Great results.

Re: Need a cleaner in daytona beach, fl.

scott..i am in st augustine..it is a good 45min to 1 hr drive.

its all good..i am going to palm coast for a customer next weekend..

he is paying 15$ a hr for me and another 15 for my helper each way for drive time

then paying for the job on top of that..he has been screwed a few times by the

millions of hacks around here..

personally i would be scared of a cheaper cleaner..gotta wonder what corner they cut

or crap chems or equip they run. you are looking for someone that charges the same or less

than you..what area are you in? gotta consider that as well..i am cheaper than most guys in cali.

but cost of living is much higher there..

good luck finding someone, if you need me to fix it my prices stand..i dont charge extra for fixing others work.

bill would be a awesome choice but dont think he is any cheaper..

I have learned something. I read Jacksonville on your profile and thought St. Aug might be 20 minutes closer to Daytona.

BTW - I have no idea what Jack's charges, just mentioning a cleaner I have worked with in the past and found to be dependable and do good work.

Dave how much tile and grout do you do compared to carpet cleaning? Do you advertise it as much as carpet? About how many hours a week are used getting to and from your jobs?

Thanks.

Thanks.

we do about 70% carpet and 30% tile and grout..

i only advertise in 1 place and spend 229$ a month..
i am a word of mouth guy for now..i keep 2 trucks busy
and when i put the 3rd on the road i will start to advertise
heavily till the same thing happens..actually i will advertise
well before just to get ready for the truck.

we usually leave the house at 9am and get home at 3-4pm that is
a average.
we usually do close to or right at 1k a day.
dont get me wrong..we have the 300 dollar days as well but not too much
any more.
