My good friend erik at nuclean is not making prespray any more. I have been using his brutus for 5 years. I never had a call back related to prespray issues. I need a all in one prespray, enzymes, citrus and some sort of surfactants and some oxygen. I do not like bending over post spotting. Give me your personel thoughts on products. All carpets gets sprayed, crb and rinsed.

Brutus was awesome when I tried it, but it plugged up my spray jets bad so I quit using it.

Not many true magic bullets out there when it comes to soiling AND spots and stains, but based on my use of it I think that was one. Green label Zone Perfect was as well but I can't get that anymore either.

I think Mark's new Red formula has all those ingredients. You might ask him.
I like adding this or that ...depending on what I'm looking at.

I went through 15 gallons of Saiger sauce, and it did a wonderful job. Just make sure to have some butyl additive when you attack neglected polyester.

I'm also playing with Cobb's powermax currently. It's doing a great job so far. I've only went through the first 6.5lbs. Price is the leader right now with this product.

Thanks for doing the testing, Matt.

It does take some time to do it correctly.

I have a spreadsheet with all of our Presprays down to the cost per gallon.

PowerMax was in the ~62 cent per gallon range @ 4oz./gallon.
It has Oxidizer, Citrus-Solv & Enyzme already built-in.

Surprisingly, it was not the lowest cost when comparing both liquids and powders.

Our Preconditioner Conc. came in with the lowest cost per gallon in the ~50 cent per gallon range. It has plenty of solvent,
the oxidizer would have to be added since it is a liquid.

Rotovac Oxy-Enzyme.

MB special pricing, $140, 8lb bottles, delivered.

I would say it is good as Brutus without the 2 part hassle (when I tried it) and much less expensive.

NO!!!

Her is a link

http://pro*******.com

Everything we have used from this company has worked beyond expectation. Just be careful with their deodorants as they are really strong.

Does Daddy Cobb make they're Deodorizers?!?

Easy, take it easy... It's just a joke...

I'll look into them, Thanks Humid!

Grease eater
  • pH of 10 neutralizes the pH faster.
    • Surfactants loosens up the dirt quickly.
    • Citrus (delimonene) dissolves oil based stains like grease and oil. Helps break the oily bond associated with Polyster, Olefin (see aVideo), Triexta and Nylon.
    • Oxygen (hydrogen peroxide) makes organic stains like coffee and urine just disappear.
    • Organic salt conducts the heat evenly throughout the Grease Eater and your solution for even and stronger cleaning.
    • Enzymes (natural) are grown specifically for Grease Eater. These enzymes are not "lab made" like competitors. These enzymes, that can also be called beneficial bacteria, dissolve protein based stains and odors.
    • Great fragrance (not just a scent but a perfume) makes it pleasant for you and your customer.
    • Crystallizers help you and your customer keep the carpet cleaner than water or using other popular chemicals.
.53 cents to make RTU greet price

  • use Grease Eater for pet urine and pet odor. You know that stale odor from a dog sitting in one area all the time? Grease Eater is fantastic to break it up. We pre-spray with Grease Eater and even in the extreme jobs were there is piddle all over the place, we don't need to individually treat each spo

Cobb's Powermax is great. Pretty economical too. Because I'm now sensitive to chemicals I try to stick with Procyon boosted with powdered peroxide, but if you're not sensitive Powermax will do everything you need it to.

Larry sent Scruz crew something Green to test

They said it makes Flex work even better as a booster

What was it Larry?

Not sure. We have been sampling Fruit Solv Booster & CitraGreen prespray.

Fruit Solv is a biorenewable product containing fruit components,

to tailor the prespray to achieve ideal oil removal properties.

CitraGreen biorenewable prespray is ideal for cleaning oil-attracting fibers like the new poly (& olefin)

It also has a healthy portion of d'limonene to help clean & deodorize.

Nate was the salesman, and very nice on the phone. Now i need some helpful hints on running a 360i with brush head.....
