Don't do it! everybody trusts your opinion until someone gets hurt. You already told them your professional opinion and they wouldn't listen. You don't have a business based on one customer but you can lose it because of one customer.

Hold harmless clauses don’t hold water in my state so that’s always in the back of my mind.
I just walked away from a massive loss that they wanted done on the cheap because they thought it wasn’t a big deal.
