About 52 hours ago I was under anestitia out cold in an operating room for knee surgery. :(

Had to go out last minute today helping pick up the slack with son in law Aron cleaning carpets.

Scheduling for one van right now but jobs really larger and over scheduled with two people really needed or more time per job needed.

Young guy missed again... Stayed up too late.....again.

Going to Rave party in the cities tonight... :icon_twisted:

Some youngsters in the world need to suck it up buttercups! Get to bed early and get to work!

Wonder what it takes to be successful... It's work baby!

Opening at Saiger's Steam Clean....starting immediately.

I will be on a truck again tomorrow.

Pain is for the weak I guess...

If I was looking for a job Mark, I wouldn't hesitate to work for you. You might work your guys hard but I'm sure you treat them right. Young guys today don't know the meaning of work and if they get a hang nail, want a week off. Don't push yourself too much though, you want to be around for the long haul.

Kids learn work ethic from their parents, you almost need to interview their parents to know if they can work
My parents were very hard and dedicated workers.
My 2 brothers just wanted to party.

I've seen hard workers come from homes where everyone was on welfare.

Give the individual a chance.

Actually....the boy has had too many chances....even @Mikey P I think would say the same at this point knowing some of the history.

I have a bank this morning that needs to be cleaned.

I was going to do it before my surgery, then they rescheduled because the contractor was a putz and didn't get it done.

My wife scheduled it planning on my son in law and what was our other guy doing it.....other guy had a problem getting to work....now Mark is showing young guy how you are supposed to be responsible so you can have a job.....so I am going cleaning today also....

Aron will take the furniture (don't feel like kneeling on it) and I will wand out. some of the Younger generation has some things they need to figure out! I know what it takes....(OK..Yeah...I'm cranky!)

Oh I get it and yep he would be needing to find work elsewhere after causing you to work when you shouldn't. We've gone through a lot of help this year too.

I'm just saying don't judge people by the family that raised them good or bad.

And showing up has been an issue for me even with my better help. It sucks. They think driving people who don't work to appointments is more important than coming to work. Genny and I see this so much its sad.
