But yeah... back to John's post about the pmf / 1.5 wand. It seems like a good idea for a smaller truckmount, or for dual wand on a big machine, as well if one has broken body. But if one wants real performance I think Tom's wand would be the winner. I actually haven't used my wand since I got my new 15 zipper.

i had put a clean sight tube from interlink on mine, but it eventually cracked also.
Use a Pyrex glass tube. I buy them from a place called greatglas.com. Indestructible unless you slam it with something. I wrap mine with clear strapping tape just in case. Been using them over 5 years and have only broken 2, both by a tech. I corrected the problem and haven't broken any since. Their minimum is $25 so I order three and it covers it.

My RAGE is considered a small tm and it runs a 2" wand like no bodys business. I think it has more to do with the operator then the machine. IF you cant push it, then you should be watching someone else who can. :arrrr::stir:

Also, my Pro1200SE is considered a larger tm and it runs 2 - 2" wands like no bodys business. If your tm cant run two 1.5 inch wands then yes there is no way you can run 2 - 2" wands.

no edges, corners, unlike the hoss its square so edges, and corners are cleaned clean rooms, crowded rooms its all in the operator i guess, im a slim guy so closets, and tight areas are a breeze. otherwise?
don't get me wrong it's not the holy grail, and each tool shines at different applications. Example the hoss on shaggy frieze rocks, the zipper on cut pile or sculptured berber is king, and the wand will always have a home. I would just prefer to wait for Tom's new design. His DEV left me very impressed.

Tom's wand will most likely be the number one selling wand for the Internet crowd.

I'm not sure that he will be able to keep up with demand, actually..

Atlanta will be it's debut..
I for one will be looking forward to his new wand debut !!!!
