The best video on any TM is the interview with hop-a-long Mikey when he got the tour of the SS plant. Wow is all I can say. I have been in bicycle factories in the US and China where they had capacity to produce thousands of bikes (per day) not nearly as cool as the SS factory.

Put that on the front page of the SS website and they would sell a lot more TMs.

Sapphire?

blow off customers?

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeet, Aranda would come wipe your ass if you asked.

Aranda and the team are cool.... They just seem to miss the mark. Even after you clearly explain and address concerns for improvement.
Example:
upholstery pro tool and the stupid turn dial adjuster that needs to be improved. WHY ITF should i have to modify my tools? For the $480 price tag that lil nylon tool should at least me made right.

HOSS700 still has no van transport placement tray? Who likes a 70lb rotary not secure? I know a lot of guys are good with bungee cords. Erik understood this and my Zipper is now my #1 Choice in extraction.

The drimaster is not their tool, the upholstery pro is.

And yes a transport dolly for the boss would make it more secure and protect the unit from unnecessary damage in transport.

Joe you do understand that just like our customers they can't please everyone.

A lot of nice features could be added to a lot of tools, but you must remember they are there to make a nice profit just like us, so they can't just add add add features and accessories without a price jump.

regarding the transport tray.

How many requests do you think they need to get before jumping into production?

In other words, how many times would you need to hear from clients, I wish you did 4 dry strokes instead of two, before you made the change?

2, 10, 40, 100?

It can get you some trouble if you have a heavy trigger finger and you can easily over wet, but really help with dry passes and bad areas.

When customers are watching they are embarrassed and just watch the tube in awe.

i hate the hazed out clearish tube. would love even the hose setup that the zippers have. just black then a clear part where you can see whats coming out.

And this my friend, is what makes it so easy to not improve, or at least fix flaws.

I wish I could order a clear shell for my upholstery pro and hate the placement of the flow control

the clear upholstery pro housings are pretty sweet, my first one cracked around all the brass inserts, not sure why though other than uneven heat expansion.
