Only one word: Damon.
If it lasts longer than a month with him, you got a winner.

Marty & Jim just fluff & babysit all their equipment :winky:

I run my equipment hard...I get as much performance out of it I can...but I still take good care of it....Plus I always have my best tech to work on it....

This is a new ball valve that has a strong butterfly handle,

male & female threads,

Adjustable PTFE stem packing,

and 300' F degree temp rating.

I couldn't use the valve. I clean at 550psi with the wand then ay 900 for the Zipper SS and Tile. This valve is not a good match for carpet cleaners that use anything other than a porty. 600 PSI is not Damon Proof Certified.

Whatever happened to that new valve that was coming out "soon". It had some sort of ratchet twist design. Anyone remember this? The guy had some prototypes that were floating around, but no one could ever get one.

It was rare we ever ran above 600, Steve
Rare occasion heated pressure wash at 1200 is all

No tile to speak of
And never above 800 for that

That was a little weird that he wanted people to "buy into" his investment. Did I understand it correctly?

you know my address................

Jim Martin; Your #TX14M test valve is on the way.

Valve pressure ratings depend on the type of service they will encounter.

This valve is rated for 600 PSI for water, oil, or gas (WOG).

Brass body is only 2" long on this valve.

You know he won’t say anything bad about it.
That’s why you didn’t send one to Mikey

This reminds me that Larry sent me one of the brister valves last year to test and I never put it on...

Guess I'll give it a try now to see what all the hype is about

I would like a cleaner to test this valve side-by-side with a "joe" valve,

and report his comparison.

I sold 100's of "joe" valves ( some lasted & some failed),

& I think this one will last longer.
I have to call in an order this week. I'll ask for one.

I just wanted to thank my hookup buddy at Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaning for mailing me all the Blistor parts and accessories I could ever want. I won’t say his name because I don’t want to get him in trouble with Joe. But thanks Chubby Chubby pal. You’re the bestest. I also appreciate you sending me all that orange Amflex hose that I use as well. Our little secret.

This is my crazy valve. Holding up pretty good.

holy shit wear some gloves when ur messing with all those chems.

The part that kept failing for me on that valve you show in the picture is the somewhat rounded hex connection where it meets the actual ball valve, its very thin when you break one open.

home depot one is 1 piece construction, indestructible.

I tried the all industry specific valves that everyone got all excited about... not even close to the home depot $4 one. I can drag it down flights of concrete stairs, never breaks

plus you get 4 for the price of 1 of the other valves..

Thanks for getting in into service.

Jim got the ball valve with the conventional handle,
since that is all I had when he said he would test one.

I have the butterfly handle in stock now,

& that's what will be shipping from now on.

The yellow plastic covers are molded down into holes on the handle so they should be more resistant to coming off.
