I melted the cheese out of my cheeseburger yesterday. It went all over my plate.

My brother loves those things. He had one at work for when he grilled for the crew. 2 at home, a large and a little tex. He bought one for all his kids. He swears by them.

W love ours. Made these briskets for a friends anniversary 4wks ago. Turned out to be the party the we all got Covid from. The brisket was amazing tho. I love the control you have with treagers. There are other great smokers out there but this has been plenty for us.

With the 12, its so light and easy to sideswipe, the swivel is missed even less
