Take off the walls, insulate and put them back up......

sprayed expanding foam where needed as well...

next, finish the roof, and put paneling up.....then paint the floor so i can go up the sides with the paint...then carpet the walls

Yep, That's just how I did it on the box truck. I found some old shag carpet the has a good R value.
Are you installing a truckmount or just hauling floor machines?
What are you going to put on the Floor?

go look under the post http://mikeysboard.com/forum/showthread.php?263252-Enclosed-cargo-trailer

it shows a few pics of the trailer truck I had....the outside of the new one, and the inside of my box...

I think I will just be painting the floor...with what havent decided yet....if you are talking insulation...i never have...but maybe next year if i have a few extra $$ i may get it sprayed as well....

Most of the time it seems i change set ups...(with some over lap) about 3-5 years...(as my work type changes) But this one I plan on keeping at least 10... So i will take my time on somethings to make sure they are right...like the insul.... will take pics to show what i mean..

So mostly because its mounted, it will be setup for TM...

i wanted all carpet stuff on front half...and floor stuff rear....HOWEVER...because that will put my tongue weight WAY TO HIGH... sooooo i will need to stagger like in the box truck

These are the rear doors...had to buy new wood, as the old was rotted as you can see....I painted the back of the bottom aluminum. and I coated the new wood, and some old...with a rubberized paint, to help protect
