What are you guys using for your timesheets to keep track of your employees hours w/out always having to be at the office?

Especially for an office manager that comes and goes to/from the office. I want something they cannot go in modify themselves.

Thanks,
Bill

Ask John Olson. They use a service through their payroll where his guys clock in and out through a website. Ive always thought that was an awesome program.

Don't know if it would work well for you but a really nice little time management software is Office Time. They don't have an android app yet but if your guys are equipped with smartphones I would watch for this app to become available as it could be very useful...let me know what you think.

I use gps tracking on each truck
Besides the other benefits

When ignition turns off , it time stamps...logs it on database...

If you use ADP they have a service for that that integrates with your payroll service.

We use a system called chronotek. We have used it for 5 years. I get a text every time a employee clocks in and out from the shop. Very affordable.

I also use Chronotek like tom. We love it. Being an absentee owner I like the text every time someone clocks in and out

Have used express time on/off going back to the nineties. They have always been behind the times a little though.

I like this chronotek, seems more advanced and they integrate with paychex.
Thanks for the lead Tom :winky:
