I have a customer the had renters that smoked but were not supposed to and he is super sensitive to the smell.
New carpet and pad
Walls painted and sealed
Ducts cleaned and there is still a very faint odor. Will ozoning for a day fix this?

Any advice on process? And how to price
Thanks

Dave did they do anything with the ceiling? Smoke rises and the ceiling often gets over looked.

Yes Ozone continues to oxidize the hydrocarbons to remove the smoke odor. My concern is anytime someone complains that odors bother them, you don't want to be the guy that indroduces another odor that could possibly bother them more.

This might be a good instance to use a Odor Klenz cartridge in an air scrubber. It's much more passive and leaves no additional odor, it just captures the particles causing the odor.

I was really concerned about the smell of the ozone left behind. Great idea with the scrubber. I have one sitting in the garage collecting dust.

And I doubt the ceiling was touched. It's clean but popcorn so I'm very sure it was left alone.

Thanks for the air scrubber idea!
