P.O.G. on nautural fiber

Client has wool hand woven rug..dark colors and no bleeding. Guys dog ate a pot of used cooking oil and then threw it up on the rug making a huge black spot. Most of it came out with the washing..and you cant really see it unless youre standing over it. Was thinking of trying some POG or something to get the rest of the oil out..you can feel it a little in the fibers. The stain happened a year ago..I'm surprised we did as good as we did. Opinion?

A quality POG will work very well to remove the oil residue.

Apply it, let it dwell about 5 minutes and extract.

It the P.O.G. is an NVDS make sure to apply a VDS like citrus pro and then rinse.

Larry..should I just rinse it or use towels do dab it up first?
