Pads on RX20's.....

Has anyone tried running buffing pads under an RX20 for pre-scrubbing? And what color would you use? I don't have the room for a 175 for pre-scrubbing....thought maybe an RX would turn a pad.

Hydramaster makes a pad driver for the rx, it does ok with pads but doesn't quite have the heft of the big 175s, and slower speed. That's about the only thing I ever use my RX for.

i have a pad driver for one i will sell looks like brand new

I'm not sure about the high speed RX's but the low speed does not have enough oomph or weight on the head to do much with a pad driver. I would suggest the $200 be put towards the cost of a good 175.
