i know most of you can get results like this with a glass of water and a toothpick.
i on the other hand need my daily fix of cobbs powermax..
this was a empty rental unit we take care of. it was 5 months from the last cleaning and the owner was sure he would need to replace it this time.
we charged him .60 per sq ft and he was really happy..
thanks again for the great product larry.
i put it down at 4 oz per gallon and as hot as i could get the water..the hot water access hose was spiting and hissing while i was filling the pump up sprayer..it was fun. let dwell for 10 mins and had at it.

A scrubbin and post paddin may have gotten that dullness coming from the kitchen even better.
Or he could have turned the light on in the kitchen and eliminated the shadow. :wink:

Honestly, Planet Guard could have done as good or better.

The results you showed were good, but nothing out of the ordinary.

No offense but you can almost get those type of results on certain carpets especially white berbers with almost any pre spray.

Good Job Dave;

Some white carpets can be a real pain.

I would never judge how difficult a cleaning challenge your job actually was.

Keep up the good work.

I have to say that is nothing out of the ordinary. But that is not to take anything away from it being a good job done. Better than 95% of the cleaners out there. I have to say I really enjoy powermax. I have to say it's pretty well my favorite PS right now, it cleans about everything I throw at it and smells awesome and doesn't give me a cough at all. So far I've gone through 84 lbs of it 6 6.5 lb tubs and 1 45 lb bucket, and I'm into my 2nd bucket as of today.

INCORRECT WAND TECHNIQUE

Standing on the LEFT side of the wand...
one should be pushing to the right...
NOT pulling to the left!

you guys are letting me down here!

Bob....do you notice the glides????? These new things called glides allow us who use them to push whatever way we want to since our wands aren't locked down to the carpet like yours. Also it saves us time by not having to walk back to the left side after each row cause we can't pus them to the left. :roll:

You have never cleaned with real heat and short pants have ya Bawb. Your technique will burn the skin off your leg when the solution hose hits it. Not to mention the back strain. Gotta say you are the one that is wrong on this one.

It's easier to pull than push. Besides who wants to be tripping over their hoses all day going from left to right.

Frank;

Looks pretty good in the doorway shot.

I guess I'll have to think about a contest for best picture.

Steve: There is not a liquid version yet, but we are working on it.
The powder has a pH of 10.5 due to the oxidizer.

Frank, is that a RV 360 you used to clean your carpet?

Steve, why the resistance to use powdered chems with your Steam Way system?

Larry, is PowerMax strickly a pre-spray? What do you use with it? Or is it strong enough you don't need to use anything with it? Do you carry samples of PowerMax?

Just curious.. :?:
Thanks a lot!
