If you are attending the seminar I encourage you to take a couple of minutes and gather these numbers. Don't worry I won't ask you to share them. It will help add perspective for you.

1. Gross Sales $ for 2012
2. Current marketing Budget for 2013
3. # of Trucks you currently have staffed
4. Job Average [Take Gross $ and divide by # of jobs completed ( every job counts)]
5. Marketing Cost per job [ Take Marketing/Advertising expense $ and divide by # of jobs completed
{Marketing expense includes, van wraps, uniforms, website, google costs, etc. }
6. Marketing expense in % by job. (Take #5 and divide by #4)
