Printing comment cards

I’m in the process of creating new comment cards. I would like to know where you have yours printed. I’m just getting to the nut cuttin’ and am being lazy - why not ask before I spend a ton of time price shopping.

Haven't online reviews replaced comment cards? I quit using them almost 15 years ago

No, because a client can leave an anonymous review on a comment card and know that you see it. Great asset especially if there is a problem that they wouldn't bring to you're attention otherwise

Amy we use overnightprints.com.

Really nice quality (heavy duty stock). Super easy to order. Upload your files to their site, preview and approve.

They always have specials/ coupon codes. Do a google search for their codes before you order. Sometimes there are multiple codes out there. I try them all to see which gets me the biggest discount.

They do our business cards, flyers and brochures. have always been happy with the quality and even happier with the price.

I agree with Chris. We scan ours and upload to our Facebook page. We will be adding this to our website as well, so they will still be online.

It adds credibility. All the handwriting is different so anyone checking them out know they are real feedback/testimonials. Anyone can fake online revies these days or type up a testimonial and put it on their site.

Most fill out on the spot and send back with the techs. If not, the techs have stamps in the clipboard and we stamp the card and leave behind so they can mail it in.

easy upload, great quality and prices. Fast too.

Dave while electronic certainly carrys more weight, old skool print is nice to have. Seeing actual hand written comments still have value. Especially if you do as Meg suggests.

We send themself addressed and postage paid. They piggyback with the "Thank you" card. Printing costs are minimal, so why not? :biggrin:

Thanks, everyone. We call all customers the day after service and send thank you cards. I think comment cards are still viable. The cards keep technicians on their toes and makes them proud when they get positive responses.

I use print4less.com They do a great job. Never had a problem with them. I've done door hangers, mailers, business cards, etc. I agree comment cards are very worthwhile BUT I would make sure I included on the card a request that they put a comment on the Internet if possible, also. Steer them to Google+ if possible, then Yelp, then Merchant Circle. Worst case...Angies List.
