Hold on, asshole.

I’ve been pouring 32 oz of rinse in my 5 gallon jug for a while.

Didn’t have to stir it.

What’s so great about this Prochem rinse that I should have to stir/shake it?

So, why am I stupid? I’m only looking for some guidance.
All powders have to be stirred. I use a lot of powdered products. I mix them up at my shop in a laundry sink, stirring for a full minute. Code Red, power burst, prune Tyme, what ever it is, I stir it up, so it doesn't clog up my jets. Stir the fooking shit or get off the pot.

lemmie help you with mixing powders

do you have short piece of solution line?
If not, get one.
(or use your sol line)
When mixing powders, use hot water from the TM, while using the hose to stir while filling

fill your jug while bleeding off hot water at shut down.

I've used several gallons of that powdered acid rinse and haven't had any problems with dissolving. Maybe you got a bad batch???

try 16 ounces on your next fill

use your wand to spray a half gallon of "rinse" into a Homer, let it cool then stick your fingers in it, you'll find it plenty of sudzy...
