I just completed a 7,000 sf tile and grout cleaning job at a local college. I was hoping Procyon tile and grout cleaner would do the trick, unfortunately it didn't make a dent in it. I've used it with great results in residential situations many times.

Did you need an acid or something with more solvent?

I tried several products, but it was Matrix grout devil and Zep industrial purple that finally worked. I occasionally used Viper renew.
