Where else a propane TM dealer..like Judson. 864-233-6442
and you will want more than just a low price, how about some service and tech support.

In that case Jeff then he needs to go to the nearest propane dealer or RV place and have them install it as well.I understand the service, but it is just not feasable sometimes.

If he had an RV place, he wouldn't be asking....at least that is how i understood it.

Not all RV places have these belly tanks, and personally i would want to talk to a guy who specifically uses them with LPG heaters in the TM application.

Why ain't you out workin' stead of making trouble there big guy.

lonewolf;

We have them in stock.

Make sure you get one with the latest safety features.

High $300 range for a 10 gallon tank w/van brackets.

My distributor was installing a Cleaning Technologies unit w/ propane into an Ford 250. The tank was completely up inside the van cavity-only part hanging down was the safety shield. I'll be looking for one like that on my next machine.

Brian,

That's how all belly tanks are - only the controls are showing, and the tank itself is tucked up between the frame members.

Thanks so much for the replies.
I'm not sure keeping the tank in van is such a good idea.
Like bringing your gas grill into the living room to cook.

Put a longer hose on the tank if it is inside the vehicle. When in use, SET THE TANK ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE! Then when you are done, shut off the valve on the tank, and set it back inside.

ok heres the thing

you are in a cold climate..put that tank on the outside in the winter and your heat will suffer slightly...propane needs to evaporate into gas to fire the burners...if its cold it dont evaporate well

if its in a VAN then yes i would be leary...in my box truck i have them in there...other side of the burner, and my truck gets mostly shut, so as to keep the heat in the truck...

the thing i learned....is they have a protection built into the valve.....if its a sudden leak and you loose a bunch of gas (which would cause the boom) the valve shuts down and only allows a trickle of gas out...so as i said before....unless you stupidio it shouldnt have a problem...

remember...this is if you DO NOT shut your van/box up all nice and tight..

i leave about 5" open on the back door, and sometimes the side wide open, or with about 5" open there to...

its the build up of gas that causes the issue
