Goats.

Indian dude at the tribal gas station asked for a card.

He has visitors coming and he needs to clean up a bit.

His pets are so small they come in at night out of fear of Mountain Lions getting them. He cross breeds them to make pocket Goats.

"The pellets are easy to get up, it's the urine I need help with, but don't worry I keep them on a low alkaline diet so the pee don't stink."

Yeah, OK what the hell, they sure sound cute.

Whats the best goat pre treat?

Herbivore urine is usually fairly mild, so odor itself shouldn't be too hard to overcome. I'm guessing though that they will urinate wherever they feel like it in the home, unlike dogs and cats that tend to "go" in specific areas that they have previously "gone".

The more meat in the urine, the stronger the odor (excluding sex marking scents). That's part of the reason that cat urine is so pungent, as they need the highest protein levels in their diets.

So I see your biggest challenge will be how widespread the contamination will be, not the degree of odor in the urine itself.

I'm afraid I can't speak from any experience on that one Jimmy. With megafauna, the issue of course is volume. As a herbivore, an elephant's urine wouldn't be especially pungent, but the volume would be such that a cleaner would likely have to use water damage restoration techniques, which would be cost prohibitive unless it was a high value area rug.

But then I wonder about where we could find homes with doors and ceiling heights to accomodate an elephant. Maybe in Santa Cruz?

Megacarnivores, such as lions and tigers, are found in homes of the eccentric and suicidal from time to time. I was unsuccessful in attempting to remove the odor of lion urine from a sofa in 1985. Our deodorization technology at the time wasn't as developed as it is today, but once again the volume of urine coupled with the extraordinary pungency of male lion urine might still be a daunting task if the situation arose once again.

The world is becoming a stranger and stranger place, and odd odor problems from odd pet choices likely will continue to confront us all.
