I have a friend that just bought a restaurant....it was a Native NewYorker Itallian place. They are re-opening this weekend and he asked me about cleaning the cement floors. They are stained (brown). There is a lot of grease and dirt in the walkways, what is best product to use to clean? I'm guessing I should use my Turbo to rinse but what's best to cut thru the grease and grime?

I have Prochem Powerburst on truck......what other options should i consider???

Curt,

Do some research...But TSP...is on of the BEST DEGREASER'S...on the market...!

You can use as a booster to a degreaser or on its on...

TEST a small area...FIRST...!

Haven't checked yet but PROCHEM used to have a product that STILL contained TSP...

Hey we use that stuff too. It can be diluted down so low it can be used as a glass cleaner (we don't use it for that) or it can be used straight out of the jug in a spray bottle to remove difficult fire stains on drywall. Carefull it can pull paint at the strength!

Stained concrete in restuarant?

It probably looks terrible.

Hit it with Judon. Scrub with a 175. Rinse using a spinner. Then apply a new finish.

Eazy peazy..

Is there epoxy on the floor?

If not what type of sealer is sealing the stain?

If there is an epoxy coating on floor, is there a floor finish atop of it?

Pics?

How smooth is the concrete?

If you are going to hitting with the turbo start with a lower psi.
