Does anyone have a personal number for rick at excellent supply? I just bought a crb and I'm in the middle of a job and it stopped working.i have a couple of questions and the just closed.This is my first time useing it thanks.

I got one that had a bad cord you could feel near where the cord attached to machine if it feels like it's pulled out over the sleeve it probably needs replacing or try another extension cord

i checked the cord. No problem i can see. I got another cord and still nothing.I also just texted them. Thanks for the help

Any Chance something got caught in the brushes?

Or maybe with stiffer brushes on....will giving it a push help to get it moving?

Or, is the circuit you are on, blown a fuse?

Just putting out some things have happened to us in the past....

Or, check the little circuit breaker button on the side of the unit while it is plugged in to see if popped out

I'm sure someone said when you start it if the brushes don't spin give it a lift

Any CRB starts easier if you tilt it a little, sideways. Those bristles embed into the carpet and the initial drag is high. Tilt it, start it, let it down and you can rock n roll.
