I was going through your products to place an order and have a couple questions on products.

Microbial Deodorant-pet, nonionic What is that? I understand microbial but what does non-ionic mean? and how would you use the product?

Your encapsulate double strenght gallon. how does this comnpare to realeasit or have you ever compared them

This is an "aldehyde" base product that is not cationic like most "quats".
Quats should not be used on stainresist carpet fibers.
It is diluted, and applied to carpet.

Your encapsulate double strength gallon. how does this compare to realeasit or have you ever compared them

All of our Dynachem Encapsulates are "film former" products developed by original former duPont chemists.

This type of Encapsulate leaves a micron thick polymer coating on the carpet fiber which continues to prevent soil from adhering.

We believe the "film-forming" anti-resoil performance is unsurpassed.

We were also manufacturing Encapsulates long before Rick sold his first gallon.
