So being honest is a lose lose? They already know they were cheated(not by me)!

I'm just straight up with people..
Yes.

The carpet was misrepresented by the sales staff. Whatever your conversation is, it will be repeated. Will they ever recommend you to their clients. Never.

As you said they already know who cheated them. Your addition to the situation helps nobody. I wouldn't lie, but I wouldn't offer more than needed. Simply keep it as nylon cleans better and is more resilient.

I don't care much about chemical certifications.
I'll buy a gallon and do my own testing.
If it works I'll keep using it.
I got alot better once I stopped buying my chems from a janitorial store.

The cost for certification is not a drop in the bucket, unless you think $50k plus per chemical is an easy amount to toss away.

Wait... 50k? Is that american dollars?
50k, really?
For CRI?

:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Actually, I do appreciate cri's efforts, was a member long ago, thought it made me special... It didn't.:cry:

If that is the reason then why have equipment certified, they would have been better off not testing their equipment.

They think they will sell more.

More than one chemical manufacturer quoted that figure, though I never got an answer from CRI about it.

That figure may also have included costs outside the actual lab fee for the tests.
