Has anyone noticed an increase in equipment rental or other line items ?

I was visiting my step-mom and dad yesterday. They got a letter from their insurance company saying they were getting an slight increase in the amount of coverage they have, due to market increase on materials.

I'm wondering if this is an increase all across the board, or just in the re-build portion ?

Anyone notice an increase ?
