They are good people, just single method cleaners. Maybe a bit over zealous at times but as single method cleaners you have defend your belief in that method.
I get some pile after a bigger area. Not a lot though. It's a surprisingly soft brush. No harder than a soft encap brush.
In Australia encapping wool is very common. And it's mostly done with the single disc floor machine and a brush or pad.
So in the end.... What's the difference?
One difference I see is soil removal. Basically we get loads. Another is the incoming water spray is irrigating the area between the head and carpet. Another advantage is it removes much more solids such as pet hair.
