rpm on a 1.5 hp buffer

trying to rent one tomorrow. the rental store has three 1.5 and the rpm say 1740. the guy says they are low speed. I dont know much about em. is this a 175rpm machine. need to know tonight before I get it tomorrow. Thanks

ok so im good with this one, white pad is less aggrisive and good for a novice?

Yep.

Now make sure to practice ahead of time in a place where no one will laugh at you. A cement garage floor with all breakables out of range is good. Wet the floor, and have fun.

The key is to get the handle adjusted perfectly to your height. Once you get 'er adjusted perfect at home place a small section of tape on that mark so you can go right back to it at the resty.

Your going to love the results using a 175.

Just making sure the object is to keep it moving, left to right or vs versa. Also i need to wet down the pad with the pre spray too? and make sure there is enough down for scrubbing on the carpet? Is one pad enough if I use both sides? approx. 3000 sq ft.

Oh and I would suggest you dont do what I did at 14 and think it would be fun to ride...it wasn't, but I still was able to have kids!
