Reminds me of the time we encapped a chain of banks.. Everything went well at the 4 of 6 banks.. They “claimed” it smelt like piss after we cleaned it.. So I whip up some Unduzit and spray the room after being in my hands and knees smelling the whole office (only office that smelt like piss in the 5k sf bank) but the carpet didn’t smell like piss..
The lady who worked for a mafia management was very unprofessional on the ordeal.. It didn’t smell like piss before YOU cleaned it..
Anyhow, we waited till the product dried and it still smelt like piss…….WTF….! I then look into the trash can sitting on the desk and sure enough, piss is in it..
Janitorial workers brought their child to work with them.. We pointed it out to the bank manager and they apologized for thinking it was us.. But the Mafia Management lady didn’t apologize for blaming our cleaning.. I took on the work even though it wasn’t a money maker.. So I didn’t care when they requested the banks to be scheduled.. Told her to take a long walk off a short pier..

All tech grade chlorite is stabilized. When you add it to water, it converts to stabilized chlorine dioxide.
It works amazingly well, but it’s very cheap. $.75 for an ounce instead of eight dollars. The supplier of the product you mentioned will probably give you a bunch of bullshit, but the end of the day, it’s simple tech grade chlorite.

It’s so damn cheap that it’s my go-to oxidizer now. Kills piss stains every bit as good as peroxide for me.
Unless you believe it needs to be 8 bucks an ounce.

I’ve used it a few times as a stand alone. It works amazingly well. Make me feel like an idiot for not finding it sooner.
