I like mine so far. Its the first rotary tool I've ever used so I dont have much to compare it to? My customers like it too, bringing something different in. I almost went with the Hoss but decided it was too heavy. I'm glad I went with the 360i, i think its 38 pounds compared to the Hoss being 67 or something like that?

I thought about selling my RX, but I sometimes come across a bad pet job and I have to deliver results.

I have tried every method from sealing and pad replacement to soaking/water claw.

For me I get the best results in a practical manner using a .5-1 ph urine prespray followed by intense rinsing with the rx. I run the glides and will spend up to 45 min in one room to really flush it good. I just go over one area at a time till the water runs clear then go back and dry as good as I can.

I get really good results. That is the only reason I keep it around.
