....with court marshalls including manslaughter. The one is a good family friend, and grew up with my Son. We are great friends with the family, and they are devistated. Military law process is very unforgiving.

I think you're right, Jeremy. The UCMJ generally considers you guilty unless you can prove otherwise. Their trials are nothing like civilian trails. Very regimented. I remember my first UCMJ briefing in basic training.......scared the crap outta me! After that briefing, they (US Government) own you.
