Doing very limited water restoration...
Got tired of the mess around here and difficulty created by another business few years ago to do business with the insurance industry. One company was closed for fraud and just made it difficult.
We were getting black eye just doing that kind of work and being associated with it... And everyone was leaving the rest of the cleaning sitting there... So we gobbled it up
Much happier now... No late nights, no large amounts of money hanging out there....

I believe you have enough work to do just watching your guys work that you really don't need to be out on water damage jobs at all hours of the night.
Having a tight crew that works hard with great equipment (my evaluation of your business) that can work a standard 60 hour week should make enough money.
I am certain when you were into water damage that there were days after being up most of the night that you and your crew were not able to be the best carpet cleaners that you can be.
