Sprayed, Host machined and rinsed with Versaclean. It struck me odd there was no foaming agents, but it cleaned this area well. This was the only problem area in a 12000 sf job, but it always gives me grief. Not this time. More pics from a messy hallway coming from Monday's work
Here's what Mike Kerner,
Legend Brands Senior Scientist, says about the the reason for minimal foaming agents, when he and Joe Domin developed
VersaClean:
"Foam is good when it loosens particulate soil. When foam gets into a portable extractor, however, foam is evil. You spend a lot of time emptying the receiver tank. You also can spend a lot of money and time on foam suppressant or worse – on new vacuum motors. If you are cleaning a carpet that was previously cleaned and cleaned poorly, that carpet has a lot of sudsy residues. This being the case, we wanted a product that generated very little foam."
