I ran into my first tall door last week. :(
The customer wasn't home but I still would've loved to impress the neighbors.
It is rare that I run into them out here though....

Ya know what's worse...

Some of us not "giraffe types" can't even get the nylon door guard over tall ones like that...
I've tried using my hf gun or a carpet rake to lift it over the door.

End up having to ask...

Ms smith... Can I borrow a chair(to stand on) to put my door guard up???

There should be an optional kit which would be a snap on flap to extend the unit and leg extenstions. We had one day last week where all our jobs had doors that were all executive customs

The only ones that were sold to you were the "Combo"....which is not considered "the tall one"....you should use it, or if it's still in the original package, return it and I will refund the purchase price.

I have two combos and a tall. The first combo and the tall I bought through my local interlink. I don't regret having it, someday I will use it and it will be worth it's weight in gold like the other two.
