Sent out an Email....

To my customers and scored a carpet and tile job.

Some of you may have gotten my Constant Contact email tonight. If you want to get on the list, send me your email address. I haven't been sending them out too often lately.

She called and said
"Hello, I just recieved an email from you and I would like to have my carpet and tile cleaned. You did my mother's house last year and you did a great job. I think the cleaners name was Mike (it was). Can I set it up for this week?"

Gotta love that.

Wow, I offered a plan where the customer pays a certain amount per month to get their carpets cleaned twice a year (Stay Beautiful Program) and I'm getting some really good responses...and a few signing up...good customers....expected them to sign up.

Good thing is, they are cheerleaders and are really excited about the program and are telling all their friends.

I was just using the email to jumpstart the program...it's early so we'll see what happens.

Oh, and the great ideas as well.
