do you give them login credentials and let them enter estimates/ work order information, notes after job complete, Invoice out, print up there own work orders

or

no access and you have CSR handle all entry

That depends on you and the trust you have in your techs. But I would lock financial for sure.

WE do not. I really do not want to allow a employee to sit at home and copy down my mailing list. I know they can do it in the truck but sitting at home working is just to easy.

We allow our office manager to have a expanded view and CSR's.

We only allow the dashboard view with all the financial info for family at this point.

I wish SM would fix the view levels. Unless you have full administrative authority you can not run marketing campaigns. Like print labels and call lists. They should have a level that allows this without the money view.

That is my wife's biggest complaint.
