Service Monster... New Update?

Has anyone tried out the new beta that Joe was talking to me about a few weeks ago? He said he had a lot of clients testing it out this last week and I'm curious as to the feedback. Main updates to be done were perfecting the mobile version of this program etc.

Would like feedback from anyone who is using it now!

Wouldn't you think one of the prerequisites to being a tester is agreeing not to discuss it, until it's perfected?

Thus, there's no way bucket head (mouth ) is a tester.
