We have had 21 referrals in the past 20 days. We currently run the $20 off and $20 credit to the referrer.
It would be really great to have this information somewhere on the customer screen for us to see when booking. It would save time rather than having to pull a report to find out the number of referrals.
It would also be really cool to see a running total/average of what a new customer is worth. Figured by averaging their job totals as well as their referred job totals. It would be a great reminder of how important each new client means to our business. Sure, we know they are important - but how important $$$$.
Now dreaming, a listing of all customers that came from an one. Since we are MLM students here, a tracking of referral to referral to referral to referral.
