I got some folks now that get those 3 month and 6 month cards and automatically call whether they carpet needs it or not.

I envy a guy just starting out, with the right motives, the right town and with Monster, a SEO'd site, this Board and a full set of chompers, how could he fail?

My son Justin got us doing that with Cha-Ching a few years back. Postcards are cheap and with the right message no other advertising comes close. My initial reaction was that it was "too soon" to send a card, but Justin was right.

I'm suprised many times because it's the "easy money" jobs that seem most likely to rebook almost automatically.

I did a job recently from one like that, it was a FMS 3 month, she had her entire house cleaned, and 3 rooms at the new house. Cool with me.

Was looking on the schedule and I noticed two jobs from 3 month reminders.
