I see this post and was hoping for only one thing. Could service monster somehow allow a tech to log into only his schedule and print paperwork from his computer? As it is now the only way that you can have a tech print paperwork is allowing him to log on and see everyone's schedule. You can imagine the problems this causes with everyone being able to see each others jobs.

Go into the company tab and under company information untick the box next to "enable drag and drop". It's at the bottom right.
